Yes. Switch the scanner to barcode mode, point it at a packaged product, and pick your portion. Nutrition comes straight from the label data in Open Food Facts, so barcode scans don't use up your daily AI scans.

Estimates are generally in the right ballpark but can be off, especially for mixed dishes, hidden ingredients, or unusual angles. You can adjust any value before saving. Chompi is a habit-building companion, not a medical or nutrition-diagnostic tool. For precise dietary needs, talk to a qualified professional.

Yes. The free tier includes 2 AI meal scans per day, plus barcode scanning and manual logging with no limit. Chompi Unlimited adds unlimited AI scans and a free Streak Freeze every week.

Rubies are Chompi's in-app currency. You earn them by completing streak goals, unlocking achievements, and inviting new buddies, or you can buy ruby packs. Spend them in the Ruby Shop, for example on extra Streak Freezes.

If you have a Streak Freeze, it's used automatically and your streak stays safe. Your first one comes free with your first meal, Chompi Unlimited members get a new one every week, and anyone can buy more with rubies. Without one, your streak starts over, but Chompi never guilts you for it.

Chompi is your free starter pet. Rusty the red panda and Momo the cat can be unlocked with a one-time purchase in the Style Studio. Each pet keeps its own level, XP, and wardrobe, so switching never loses progress.

Open the Style Studio to preview accessories on your pet, then buy the ones you like as one-time purchases. Some items fit every pet, others are made for a specific character.

Buddies are friends who also raise a pet in Chompi. Share your buddy code or invite link to connect, check on each other's pets, and send a treat to cheer them on.

No, an account keeps your pet, meals, and progress synced. You can create one with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.

Apple Health integration is planned for a future update. When available, it will be fully optional and controlled from iOS Settings.

Chompi is available on iOS and Android.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind: sign back in before then and everything is restored. After that, your profile, pets, meals, and related data are permanently removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your Chompi Unlimited subscription is managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, since Chompi bills through the App Store and Google Play.
